Fishery Site Rules

• Anglers fishing on site, do so at their own risk. The owners do not
  accept any liability for injury, theft or damage to angler’s property.

• Vehicles MUST only be parked in the allocated parking.
  NO vehicles on the verges

• Only Hirers and their guests are allowed on the lake sides.
  All unauthorised visitors will be asked to leave immediately.

• Well behaved Dogs are permitted on a lead and under control
  at all times. All fouling must be bagged and removed with your own
  rubbish.

• LITTER: Keep bagged at all times and take it home with you.

• No fires or barbeques.

• Respectful behaviour at all times

• No radios, music, or shouting.

• No damage to any plants or shrubs under any circumstances.

• Should there be any complaints or misbehaviour the entire party will
  be asked to leave the site.

• Refreshments and toilets are available on the site during opening hours.

Fishing Rules

• All anglers must have a valid Environment Agency license which must be
  shown to Tharbies staff or an Environment Agency bailiff on request.

• Maximum two anglers at any time.

• Maximum Two rods per angler at any time

• Rods must not be left unattended.

• No wading is allowed.

• All fish to be returned immediately after unhooking.

• NO FISH ARE TO BE REMOVED or INTRODUCED to the fishery at all.

• NO CARP SACKS OR KEEPNETS.

• Barbless hooks only.

• No nuts of any kind

• Please respect our fish and handle carefully.
